Before merging a new operator, include:

• The implementation and dispatch registration.
• A focused correctness test or documented validation path.
• A dedicated page under docs/operators/.
• Navigation updates in docs/.nav.yml.
• A passing documentation build with mkdocs build --strict -f mkdocs.yaml.
